Great spot to relax on the Buffalo Creek and gain perspective and spend time with your spouse! Beautiful location and town, great views. If you love the mountains this is a great retreat! "This is a great place to disconnect and listen to nature. The cabin with covered patio is really comfortable and well stocked. There is plenty of beauty in the area and fun roads if you really enjoy driving.BE WARNED: there is no cell service and no internet and it's almost 30 minutes into town. The last mile or so is a private road and not county maintained so it is rougher than the host says. I would not take anything lower than a mid size SUV or you may scrape on some parts of the road."

"The cabin was cozy, definitely small, but met our needs for a brief stay. It was good for small dogs, but probably not large ones. It was very clean and well stocked. There were games and snacks provided, which was a nice touch. Bed was very comfy! The only suggestion I would have is to add a lamp, so that the overhead lights didn't have to be on all the time. Bed was very comfy!"

It shows a nice ranch house but reality is it’s a very low ceiling small basement, but you have to enter going down a steep set of steps and incline to go round to the back of the house to enter the basement. The listing also says there’s a kitchenette not exactly true just a microwave coffee maker and a few paper cups plastic forks. The worst problem is there is no thermostat to control the temperature.
