"Excellent and personable staff, clean and well maintained room, breakfast and dinner were excellent as well. Great location, in a lovely area near parks and the university and the port is a short bus ride or cab ride away."

"This was my first stay in DoubleTree Southampton and it’ll be the first on my list of places to stay when I return to the city again. Friendly staff, fantastic rooms, great shower in room, great food and atmosphere and breakfast was top notch. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"The Chilworth Manor is set in parkland adjacent to the Southampton Science park, so is quiet with plenty of space for car parking (though it can be a bit dark walking from car to hotel). Reception were helpful & friendly; my room was very spacious and everything worked, Breakfast was excellent, with a buffet including three types of mini-pastry, fresh fruit as well as cereals and typically English fried foods. "A localização do hotel é fraca, muito difícil de encontrar, especialmente porque o gps leva-nos para outro local que distava cerca de 2 kms"

"Simples mas suficiente.Utilizamos somente para espera de um embarque, nesse caso foi suficiente."

Nice location aswell near the shops especially if you want a takeaway and a big supermarket nearby also the transport networks are really good or go on foot 40 minutes walking but quite a nice town also has lots of history"

The phone number provided for help wasn't even in service at the time. The property itself is filthy - the room was just about liveable for one night, but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. It feels more like a bedsit or HMO than proper guest accommodation. The rooms smell strongly of mould and...

"I had a terrible experience..."

"As a student it better than nothing because it closer to my training center. Also they need to make details available time rather than waiting for guests to phone them and request for it when check in."

"We got there and from outside it was disgusting but we went in to room 2 which was supposed to be ours and a family was living in it."
