"The staff was absolutely amazing they're so nice they welcome you they have a good breakfast I've been staying there now 4 weeks and it's been nothing but pleasant . they are absolutely amazing. Their pet friendly and they have a large area to walk your dog. They also have a washer and dryer for the guest that is very inexpensive. This is definitely by the best hotel I've ever stayed at."

"Um hotel confortável na medida do preço que cobra. As camas e travesseiros são ótimos, o chuveiro é ok, o café da manhã excelente, dado que está incluso na diaria. A localização também é muito boa, perto de shopping, restaurantes e centros comerciais e ainda não fica longe da cidade de Florence.
A melhorar: qualidade das toalhas, limpeza da área de lavanderia (uma modernização seria ainda melhor), e ar condicionado que é muito barulhento. A acústica também não é boa, ouve-se tudo do corredor....

"Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music...
