"No where did it mention there was construction. I was put in a room with blind parts still in the couch, drywall dust and spackling all over, not one towel bar hanger or toilet paper holder, tv didn’t work….disgusting. When I spoke with the manager about some kind of refund, he offered $20 (of the $167), but then because I booked through a third party, I’d have to call them. He said “the construction is listed in the small print”, which I’ve since canvassed and can find NO WHERE. Not impressed."

"O hotel é bom, mas é daqueles padrão econômico. Lembra uma cabine de navio. Móveis novos, bem distribuídos, mas um tanto pequeno. Faz uma linha funcional e "go green ", que não foi muito do meu agrado. Ainda prefiro os outros hotéis da rede Hilton. Mas, num bom preço, até ficaria novamente em um Home2Suites."

"Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor."

"We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels."

"The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

"Missing the log and lily pad in the pool area, that is half the attractions of the pool which is the only reason we booked in the first place. Staff was openly arguing in the breakfast area during breakfast. Lots of staff and other guests smoking cigarettes..etc.. in front of the entrance. Room was decent but needed cleaned around the toilet and lots of cords and extension cords hanging around the tv area that we had to keep our toddler from grabbing the entire stay."
