"Very easy to find, and close enough for a short walk from the train station. very clean room and very comfortable bed. A great variety of breakfast options including several freshly baked items. Mariella was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. I would stay again if I am in Palermo."

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

Maria, Chiara,Salvatore, Lucas, Marcelo, Silvia and all cleaning and kitchen staff are the best. Breakfast was terrific! Everything fresh and made to order.

"A localização é excelente. Recebemos um upgrade no check-in. "

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, couldn’t ask for anything more. The owner was absolutely charming as was her daughter."

Recomendamos! Helio&Silvia"
