"We had a family get together and all stayed at the cabin at the Old Town Oasis. It is a beautiful property in a very remote and peaceful location. The fire pit is very large and tidy. The basketball court was a hit with the adults and kids with an adjustable height so even the kids could make some shots. "We had the best time for my birthday weekend. Ashley even set up surprise birthday decorations and cupcakes. The home was perfect for the family. We had deer and turkey come into the yard, it was so cool! Ashley is an amazing she answered all questions very promptly she went over and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. "The cottage was well-kept. However, we were unable to get an internet connection in order to use the TV. We called our host, Connie, and she worked to get our connection. When she was unable to do so, she was able to assign us to another cottage. That cottage was well-kept - Paddlers Cottage. The grounds were well kept. We did not use the pool or the grill. But everything was very nice. If in the area, I would recommend the location!"

"Cabin inside was very clean! Kitchen was stocked with necessary items. I completely understand the decks are open to the elements, but it would be nice to hose it down every so often. Wear your shoes outside. The boardwalk to the water is a good length, but that’s expected for the area. The house had all the fun water rafts/kayaks, the only bummer was you’re not provided the key for neighborhood park. So you have to use the State Park across the street and no instructions.
