SHARED: There is no access into the garage space of this home. I or maintenance staff will occasionally get in/out of the laundry room and garage to tend to the garden and backyard. The laundry room is shared space that may occasionally be used by me or maintenance staff.
NEIGHBORS: There are also residents in the houses next door (2687), so please be aware of noise levels after-hours.
