The 50 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed (for 1 person), a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It accommodates up to 5 people and offers air conditioning, TV and a washing machine. (Wi-Fi is not available). The property is equipped with security cameras and/or audio recording devices.



Relax outdoors on your large private terrace, ideal for sunbathing, dining under the stars or enjoying a drink after a day at the beach. You will also have access to a communal area with a fenced pool, children's pool and outdoor shower, available from June 15th to September 15th, from 11:30 to 15:30 and from 17:00 to 21:00.



The location is excellent for enjoying the surroundings and unique experiences: a 13-minute walk (or 3 minutes by car) from the Concert Music Festival of Sancti Petri, next to the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park—perfect for sunrise walks, bike rides or birdwatching—and less than 15 minutes on foot from the La Barrosa beach promenade, with its golden sand, seafront bars and unforgettable sunsets.



The host recommends visiting the port of Sancti Petri, the Salinas de Santa Teresa or tasting the local cuisine at nearby restaurants.



A private parking space is included.
