Seaside is a picturesque beach side property situated with a view over the scenic Selsey beach! This location is the perfect place for a family getaway or just a trip to a peaceful town to get away from your busy home life. This gorgeous home can comfortably accommodate eight people with the variety of beautiful spacious bedrooms and the bright open plan living space and dining area.

As you walk into this beautiful property you are greeted beautiful views with doors to a garden that is has seating and a cosy shelter in the back garden with a BBQ under the ship wrecked shelter where you can enjoy a lovely night under the stars.

On the ground floor you can find two magnificently spacious bedrooms one with double bed and one with a king size bed. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath so you can relax after a day exploring the local village and a WC at the bottom of the stairs. One of the bedrooms situated at the back of the property comes with a bright ensuite with a shower over the bath. This bedroom has patio doors leading out onto the beautiful Selsey beach for you to take a lovely afternoon stroll. Both rooms come equipped with wardrobes and hangers to ensure you feel at home during your stay and can pack away all your new holiday clothes.

Upstairs there is a king size bed (can be made into a twin, please let us know before booking if this is required). There is an open plan living space and a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, cafetiere, dishwasher, double oven, (combination oven over main oven), fridge, freezer, and a toaster.

The living area leads onto a balcony that overlooks the beautiful views over Selsey beach with comfortable seating for you to wind down and watch the sail boats drift by. Too cold outside? The living room is also a perfect space to enjoy time together after a busy day with the many board games provided or to wind down in an evening and watching the TV.
Selsey beach is right on your doorstep with beautiful walks to the local village or to the peaceful pub next door. Whilst walking along the beach you can find the perfect fishing spots, for which the village is renowned. In Selsey you can find its own golf course within driving distance of the property and is also within driving distance of the courses at Chichester and Goodwood. Goodwood is known for its horse racing and the Revival Meeting with the Festival of Speed whilst Chichester has a world-famous Festival Theatre. This beachy location is known for having some of the best weather in U.K which comes with picturesque skies and is a perfect location for a quiet break away or an active holiday full of all the local walks.
