    Runcton Farm Shop boasts a fantastic selection of locally sourced produce, including artisan gins, craft beers, freshly baked breads, cakes, Caroline's Dairy Ice Cream, savoury pies, pastries, quiches, and more.     London: Trains from London Victoria to Chichester run every 30 minutes and take approximately 1.5 hours.

    Walk by the lakes - 10 picturesque lakes are set within the park’s expansive 150-acre site. Enjoy tranquil waterside strolls and immerse yourself in nature.

    The park itself is packed with entertainment, featuring a swimming pool, bar, restaurant, and a lively entertainment venue. Whether you’re looking to relax or stay active, there’s something for everyone. If you'd like to fish, you can purchase a license at the reception. Please note an additional fee for activities may apply.

    For those keen to explore beyond the park, the historic city of Chichester is just a short drive away. Wander through its charming cobbled streets, visit the stunning Chichester Cathedral, or explore cultural gems like the Novium Museum, the Planetarium, and Pallant House Gallery.

    Chichester is also part of Chichester Harbour, home to picturesque waterside villages including Bosham, Birdham, Itchenor, Dell Quay, and Emsworth - perfect for scenic walks and waterfront dining.

    CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
    Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

    Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.

    CLEANING/ LINEN
    The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

    We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

    PETS
    Two small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
    - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
    - Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture.
    - Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
    - Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
    - Please do not leave them alone in the property.

    YOUNG CHILDREN
    We have a travel cot and high chair upon request. Please note you will need to provide your own cot bedding and linen.

    The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
