This hotel is extraordinary. It is hard to pick what stands out most as it is all so well done.
The staff were friendly and attentive and made every aspect of our stay wonderful; it is no exaggeration to say that from the moment we arrived we felt at home. They helped us with our bags from the car to our room and offered us water as we checked in. Our room included a personalized welcoming card with tasty cookies and free water.
The building is breath taking from the welcoming reception and amazing restaurant, to the numerous unique and private areas to dine. There are two beautifully appointed swimming pools surrounded by tropical plants and stunning art.
And the room….oh my goodness, it was gorgeous. Comfortable beds, beautiful linens, a private deck with a small kitchen, table and hammock, and two more seating areas.
The bathroom was lovely with a refreshing rain shower and beautifully scented personal care products.
The attention to detail, beautiful furnishings and decor throughout this hotel continued in the room making it feel more like a stylish apartment than a hotel room.
We enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival and a delicious complimentary breakfast. The food and service were simply outstanding.
This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. If you are in Valladolid, you must treat yourself to this special hotel experience.
