✔️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 13 guests if needed for an additional cost of $30 for the 13th guest sleeping on the Air Mattress.
✔️ Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with Pack ’n Play and/or high chair available upon request. Fee of $10 (bring your own bedding).
✔️ Surveillance or recording devices on property. We use a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations. It simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home. The noise sensors are only intended to alert us if the noise is loud enough to disturb the neighbors.
✔️ We offer options for early check-in, subject to availability and fees.
✔️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.

✔️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
✔️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 1; Pet Fee Applies for $150; Allowed Pets: 20lbs limit. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
✔️ No smoking and vaping within the property’s premises. We reserve the right to charge a $500 smoking fee if the policy is violated.
✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
✔️ Please observe quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
✔️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
✔️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated.
✔️ Please be advised that there are security cameras at every entry point to the property that are monitored 24/7. There are noise alert systems in the property that alert us immediately if noise goes above preset decibel levels. The noise sensors are only intended to alert us if the noise is loud enough to disturb the neighbors. In the event the noise alert is activated and/or if unapproved visitors access the property, the authorities will be contacted immediately.

✔️ When checking out, do not leave windows open and doors unlocked.
✔️ Please do not cook anything that leaves a lingering odor.
✔️ Please take off your shoes after entering the unit.
✔️ Do not adhere or tape ANYTHING to walls and surfaces.
✔️ Do not use white towels, sheets, or washcloths to remove makeup ($10 fee per towel will be charged).
✔️ Loud music, voices, vibrations, or any audible disturbance loud enough to disturb neighbors is prohibited.
