- Headphones required for gaming
- Television and music volumes to be maintained below 50% of max volume
- Phone and video calls must be kept at low volume
- No speakerphone use on first floor

**Kitchen & Food Etiquette**

- If you cook, you must clean
- Return the kitchen to its original condition
- Wipe down counters, stovetops, and sinks after use using soap and water or provided vinegar and water spray bottles
- Do not leave dishes in the sink
- Please rinse dishes before loading into dishwasher
- Only adults 21 years or older are allowed to use the range and stove
- The cooktop and oven exhaust fan must be used — on high — during most cooking
- Always double or triple check that you have turned off all burners and the oven when finished using them

**Laundry Etiquette**

- Clean the lint trap before and after each use
- Do not overfill with and use only liquid detergent; follow machine directions

**Trash & Recycling**

- Garbage must be taken out daily if full and if raw meats are disposed of
- Please utilize the refuse containers located at the rear of the premises
- Recycle in the blue container out back
- Do not litter indoors or outdoors

**Bathroom Expectations**

- Maintain decorum in the half bathroom; keep it clean and presentable
- Keep bathroom surfaces tidy; remove hair from drains
- Do not flush paper towels or sanitary napkins

**Garbage Disposal Rules**

- The garbage disposal is **not** a grinder
- **Do not dispose of eggshells or food debris** in the garbage disposal
- Do not use garbage disposal for eggshells, and vegetable and meat skins
- The garbage disposal is meant for exceedingly small food items
- Do not pour grease and liquids that coagulate

**Respect for Spaces**

- Respect spaces at all times
- Clean up after yourself in all common areas
- Clean up outdoor areas after use

**Energy & Home Systems**

- Turn lights off in common and private areas when not in use
- The thermostat automatically adjusts to help save energy.
- Each suite includes supplemental heating and cooling appliances
- Do not tamper with thermostats, smoke detectors, or security devices

**Shoes & Cleanliness**

- Remove outdoor shoes in the foyer, and immediately after entering from the veranda and/or backdoor
- Outdoor shoes are not permitted to walk around indoors

**Maintenance & Safety**

- Report any damages immediately to your Guest Contact
- Report any mechanical, electrical, or appliance issues
- Be mindful of water and energy usage
- Treat furnishings, appliances, and fixtures with care
- Report all lapses in cleaning by the cleaning staff
- Report all cleaning recommendations
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
