It was a really nice stay. we had the king size bed room. It’s a really nice hotel. The only reason I took one star off was because the bed was very firm and about knee-high and the pillows were also very hard. I don’t know if they have rooms that have softer beds, but for that reason, I would never stay there again.

This Hotel is top notch. In every way it is far above average. The staff is the best, service is unmatched . The rooms are great, tub is first rate, clean etc…this is the place to stay!

Pillows were awful. Like hard, lumpy towels stuffed into pillow cases. Expedia advertises free parking for silver status, but the hotel charges "amenity fees" that includes internet, gym access, and... parking. So, not really free parking, is it? I find that type of advertising duplicitous, and it's something as "little" as that which will keep me from staying here again. Unfortunate, since it's a five minute walk to my company office. Also, bathroom had prior guest's hair still around the bathtub, so, gross.

I booked the property on Expedia. The price online was $162 online but when I got to the hotel they told me it’s $487. They said it was a $250 incidental fee that’s refundable. However I still ended up paying more than $200. On top of that I didn’t hear them telling the white couple next to me about an incidental fee. It put a damper on my visit and I ended up not enjoying my stay.

I am truly sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you. Regarding your concerns about the incidental fee, all guests are required to have a 250 deposit at all times when staying at our property. This fee was explained to you during your check-in as you mentioned and during your checkout when initially booking the reservation for our hotel on the Expedia website. Again, I apologize for your poor experience at this hotel and hope that we can meet or exceed your expectations upon your next visit.
