Modern luxury in the heart of beautiful Tri-Taylor! You'll love staying in
this gorgeous 4 bed, 3.5 bath home with its chic and classy decor– garage
parking included. Close to the Medical District and interstate 290, you'll
also be within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, parks, as well as
the CTA! You'll have everything you need for an incredible stay, whether
you're spending a “night in” cooking in the huge, updated kitchen, or just
laying your head down after a night on the town. Sorry, local guests are not
permitted to stay at my home.
General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

Had a great stay here. Neighborhood was quiet and had a great bakery just around the corner. Uber/Lyfts ranged between 13 - 17 to downtown which was great. House was clean and met our needs for a group of 7. Would definitely recommend!Only complaints were beds not super comfortable, no spatulas and the upstairs neighbors were loud until 2am on two of the nights.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was close to the downtown area as well as the eateries, bars and sight seeing. There was a noise ordinance (please respect it) they will call. Overall we had a fantastic stay. I will definitely book again

All was great
The only negative thing i have to say is the floor needed cleaning other that that the place was great. Love the area.the decorations where beautiful. The amenities where on point. Location was great. We walked to the m train every day to go downtown. Was there in les that 15 mns. Just loved our stay. Would stay here again

Safe and Quiet
House was in a great neighborhood, felt safe, never heard a siren or anything. The garage parking for our mini van was amazing. Pizza place on the corner block. Felt like home.

Interior design was excellent 👌
Pros:My family loved the home!!!!. The home was well decorated and also had a fully stocked kitchen. Very clean!!! The Jamaica restaurant Jerky jerk at the end of the street was a nice touch to our stay. It was about 50 ft away. This home is very close to the downtown attraction!!!!!
Con: A lot of codes to remember: Gate, garage, front door, back door etc
The people above us can be heard from: walking, showering, alarm clocks at 3:00 a.m. an 3:30 and music in morning (Good music selection 😂)

Ac broke and no one came to fix it the whole stay.
Ac wasnt working when we arrived. Spent or 3 hours on the phone trying to get someone to come out. Was so hot that we couldnt sleep. Other than that the house was beautiful and clean!

Nice, quiet home with enough beds and bathrooms for midsize group.
I had to reach out to RedAwning for my entrance details and the customer service team by instant messaging was quick to respond to my request. The home is very lovely. We had a couple of issues within the home. We saw spiderwebs and some small critters in the basement living quarters not a huge deal given the cleanliness of the majority of the home. We did experience some difficulty with the garage door not opening and closing. It is a neighborhood that you have to use the alley to access parking, so if you are visiting you have to be comfortable with parking with limited space. It like most homes in the neighborhood are older and with wood floors you can hear the creaking wood boards, no ghosts haha but if you are a light sleeper be aware. There is only one tv in the home but we were out and about majority of the day so it was not a big deal. It is very close to Little Italy, a hospital and less than 15 min drive to convention center and downtown.

⭐️Great Stay⭐️
Wonderful place with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Clean. Modern. Manager was available anytime for help (which wasn’t needed). Even garage parking! Wonderful place to rest and enjoy Chicago!
