Serviço de translado oferecido a partir das 5h da manhã não estava disponível. Foi falado no checkin que era de meia em meia hora a partir das 5h e as 5:30 tivemos que chamar um táxi para ida ao aeroporto. Hotel próximo do rental car do aeroporto.

Went to this property because it advertised park and ride to the airport. When I arrived was told I can not park here for my trip needed a special app. It was 1130 at night so I ended up sleeping in my car. Will not come here again. Person at the desk needs some manners. Plus I was charged for the night.

Hotel was quiet, beds were comfortable, room was overall very clean. However, the towels had stains and hairs so had to really inspect them.

This hotel is the best among all the hotels I ever stayed in Rosemont. It’s clean. I didn’t see any dirt around any corner. The staffs are kind and friendly. Even those days were freezing cold, the room was so warm!

Although the bed was comfortable and room was clean, the hot water was non-existent. I let it run for over 30 minutes and it was maybe 10 degrees warmer than cold. The pool is extremely small, and the night we got there, someone was having a birthday party with 13 kids and 9 adults. Once the pool closed, this party moved to lobby, which after the drinks the adults had at the pool, they were obviously in "dont care" mode, and the kids were literally swinging from furniture and being super roudy and no one said anything to the about it, even though it was after 11pm. Another guest even mentioned it to me in the elevator that the staff should say something to them. The front desk staff was really nice, but need to become more vocal about roudy kids and parents. I would stay here again due to how close it is to ORD and the price, but hopefully no more roudy loud kids and HOT water.

This hotel reminds me of a business hotel in Japan. No pictures on the walls, no bar, minimal contact with staff. the shuttle was hard to find from the airport, but the service back was good.

We stayed at this place as we were attending an event at the All State Arena. This was only a 10min walk to the venue. Easy access to and from the event. Also, there is a mall next to the property to get supplies and dining options. However, the FREE breakfast is pretty good
