EspaƧoso e Moderno Familiar North Center Apt - Perto de Wrigley Field

Nicely renovated, modern kitchen and bath, comfortable beds, and solar-powered. Great location in a safe neighborhood, Jewel (Grocery store) is less than a block from the front door, Trader Joe's, 4 craft breweries within three blocks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Wrigley Field nearby, and brown line train to downtown (the Loop). Families with children are welcome; we can lend a booster seat and pack-n-play upon request. We offer our guests Brooklinen towels. Owners with two young kids live upstairs, we are here to address guest needs. Our house is incredibly secure, we have security cameras on both the front and back porches. No smoking or vaping of anything on the property, guests can smoke on the front sidewalk or in the side alley. Parties, excessive noise, and loud music are prohibited ā€” no large groups. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am.

Comfortable stay in North Center

We had a comfortable stay at Justin's place. It's conveniently located on a quiet street in North Center. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Main bedroom was nice size but the second bedroom was a little small. Would stay again.

We came to town for an event at Wrigley Field and found this location extremely convenient, clean, and the property manager was very helpful and communicative when we needed help regarding an issue within the city. The beds were comfy, plenty of seating and space to get ready and be on our way. Thank you!

We stayed for three nights as tourists visiting the Chicago museums and aquarium, which are outstanding! There was a lot of road construction on the interstates, but didnā€™t bother us too much

Our stay was perfect! Great location could walk to many restaurants and stores. We even walked to the Cubs game. The house was perfect, fit our family comfortably. Had everything we needed. Parking was easy and owner was very responsive, even helped send my daughters lost stuffed animal home to her. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean place and a great location! You can walk to a grocery to get a few things. There are also bars and restaurants (and a Starbucks ) within walking distance! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything Fantastic

We stayed for a Cubs game and the home did NOT disappoint. It was BETTER than we expected. The place is completed remodeled and really nice! The mattresses were super comfy, access was easy, and the TV had apple TV. The neighborhood is super safe and has lots of stores (coffee esp) within walking distance. I highly rec this VRBO!

Perfect spot for a family

We absolutely loved staying at this property. We stayed with three children under the age of 5 and everything we could have thought of for our kids was there. My kids especially loved the sparkles in the tub and some of the toys in the apartment. The host did a great job of recommending places we could go and checking in to make sure we were doing okay. The location is great, within walking distance to the train and great parks. Would recommend this spot to anyone witb families looking to explore the city!

Great location, easy check-in, great communication

Great location, easy to get to from the L and bus, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hosts were quick to communicate and checked to see if we needed anything. As described in the listing, you can hear a family above but only occasionally. Overall a great base for exploring Chicago!

A Little Gem in a Charming Neighborhood

My husband and I were I town for a Cubs game and wanted to stay within walking distance of Wrigley. This was the perfect spot. The property feels spacious and we appreciated the extra touches like umbrellas and the white noise machines. I canā€™t say enough about the neighborhood. So many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and great access to the Brown Line at Irving Park. The owners were easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. People highly sensitive to noise need to be aware that this property is split between an upper unit and lower. You can hear typical family noise but it wasnā€™t overly loud and never went beyond 10:00 p.m. I am very sensitive to noise and had no problem with sleeping. Iā€™d stay here again!

Canā€™t say enough good things!

This was the perfect location for our family on our first trip to Chicago. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and there were lots of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. We found free street parking really close to the house every day. The place was spotless, with great amenities, and the host was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a fantastic experience and I will surely stay here again when we come back to Chicago.

great location

justin was great to communicate with. their home is split to accommodate another apartment which was great. it was in a very safe neighborhood and had free parking on the street. it was close to where we needed to go and also a lot of restaurants close by. we accidentally left an item when we checked out and justin was great in getting it back to us. we would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

We stayed 2 nights with children. It was a great space in a nice, safe area of Chicago. I loved all the restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Parking was not an issue, but was not always right in front of the house. The house was very clean and comfortable! The resources about the surrounding area were very helpful from the owners as well. Would definitely stay again!
