"I enjoyed my stay here and for the price it offered all that you need for a great stay. It was very clean and had lots of amenities, the bed was comfortable and the space was great, it's location was also decent as only about a 20 minute drive to the Taj Mahal. I only stayed at this hotel for one night due to visiting the Taj Mahal so it was perfect for me. They also offered a Taj Mahal tour, although I had already booked my tour, this would have been great if I hadn't already. The kitchen...

"Staff are polite and mean well but - rooms were not cleaned well - despite 3 of us being in a room, only 2 towels were provided daily - in the morning we would ask for baby milk and take away lattes, it would take 30-45min to arrive and even then there would be mistakes in the order Decent size rooms and proximity to the mall are the only advantage. "

"Como tinha um dia apenas em Agra, escolhi este hotel pela localização. A localização do hotel é excelente, principalmente para quem está se deslocando de trem.(Dá para ir a pé) Além disso também fica perto do Agra Fort e da mesquita Jama Masgid. Além disso o hotel disponibiliza (falar previamente com Sr Anil) um tour a preços razoáveis para visitar o Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Itmad Ud Diaula e Fatehpur Sikri. "

"Worst place ever to stay. Bed sheets are dirty and stained. Pillow covers, quilt were very dirty. Mini fridge looked like somebody puked in. Bathroom floors were despicable. Will never ever stay here again"

"Room which supposed to be allocated to me was given to some one else & that room was allocated to me on next day. When I claimed they told me that there's some wrong information in the booking order. Also bathroom tape was leaking."
