"This Hotel is 5 star. I love this Staybridge so much. It feels like home. Comfortable beds. Clean. Peaceful. Breakfast is hot and plenty of choices. They have an afternoon/evening simple meal. "The AC unit in my room was very loud when it cut in and out as it interfered with my sleep. I tried to watch Netflix and the connection was poor and gave an error message that the tv was not connected to the internet. It was hard to press down the toilet handle. The door handle should be less piercing in the hand when you open it."

"The first time I stayed here my room was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. This past weekend my room reeked of cigarette smoke and the bed made a terrible noise when you got in and out of it. "Dirty room and smells bad"

"The staff was very polite and nice. The room did not make me feel safe. The door jam was broken and screwed together which did not allow the door to close securely. There was dried vomit on the carpet, hair in the tub, and a towel that was supposed to be white, but wasn’t. "
