"We went to Xcalak not really ,knowing what to expect…we arrived to the property and made ourselves at home…we walked around town and most looked at us like we were as new in town as we were..this only lasted a few days and then everyone greeted us with a friendly smile and a Hola wherever we went Xcalak is the town time forgot…it’s a place where relaxation can truly take place…we ate at most of the restaurants in the area and enjoyed every meal…nothing fancy just real food The house was fine...

"We totally enjoyed our stay at Villa Jaguar. Chris respond quickly and was always available. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was wonderful with a beautiful view. The beach is rocky and you have to walk about 10 minutes to town but the road was easy to walk. Town had wonderful food along the beach. Overall would definitely stay there again"

We never received any check in instructions and we went to the property and no one was there. We paid and reserved this weeks before. We were in the middle of nowhere in a foreign country in a taxi with a 4 month old baby in the heat without being able to get into the place we paid for.
