"Just the fact that it is 1930s vintage says a lot. Check-in and directions super easy. There was a surprise batch of cookies and a fireplace starter which were both delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Bedrooms very small but the outside front porch, back porch and yard provided cool places to relax and unwind. Near-by Usher Park a perfect place for small children. "

"The house was quaint cute and very nicely done. We travelled with 6 people (3adults and 3 kids) and we all fit nicely inside without feeling on top of each other. "First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!"
