"We had issues 3 times when trying to enter our room. We were given 4 cards the first time and none of them worked. The check-in gal said they were having issues with the entry cards. I had to go from the 3rd floor to the check-in on the first floor while leaving my disabled husband sitting in the hallway on the luggage cart. I received 4 more cards and returned to the room and still was unable to get in our room. This time when I returned the clerk came with me to the door and got us in. We left...

"Easy check in and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean and our bed was very comfortable. Amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, sitting area with couch and chair, a desk with chair and a coffee maker made our stay even more relaxing! The indoor pool and hot tub soothed our weary muscles from our travels and the delicious buffet breakfast the next morning fueled us to continue on our journey. If we’re passing through again, we will definitely stay at the Crystal...

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was very helpful during check‑in and made sure we were comfortable in our room. The location was convenient for all of our daily activities, the AC kept the room nice and cool, and the room size worked well for our family. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. My daughter enjoyed her time at the pool. Some areas could use improvement, such as the worn shower and window curtains, a non‑adjustable shower head, and housekeeping only...

"A pleasant stay at a relatively new hotel. The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby — restaurants, movie theater, grocery stores, all in walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walk-in showers, comfy bed. Parking is free, as is the breakfast. Breakfast was hit-or-miss, but they had something for most everyone.
Maintenance is the weak point, unfortunately. Our bathroom faucet wasn’t fully attached and the fridge wasn’t working properly (with wires exposed by the...

"Quarto espaçoso, tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã, atende as necessidades. A equipe se esforçava para repor as faltas, mas devido a quantidade de pessoas, tinha dias que deixava a desejar.
O estacionamento na frente do prédio ficava lotado, porem tinha outro muito grande e que dava acesso a porta lateral do prédio. Deveria ter uma placa maior informando sobre a disponibilidade de vagas no estacionamento maior."
