"The welcome on arrival was very friendly, helpful and efficient. My luggage was taken to and from my room, which is great.
All the staff were very friendly. Meals were lovely, just too much for my appetite.
Enjoyed walking and sitting in the grounds too."

"Had a one night stay with children.Rooms were spacious we had 2 family rooms Linnen was clean and fresh.Bathroom was clean all beit a bit dated.
The staff make this place great everyone was very helpful nothing was too much trouble.We had dinner and breakfast and we were all coeliac they had options for choice The price was very budget friendly. Great budget stay in good location"

"This hotel is a real find, the room was huge and very comfortable. It has a lovely restaurant onsite, with excellent breakfast & dinner options at reasonable prices. The staff were helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay again!"

"One night stay, room(plum porter) much bigger than photos , clean comfy and in keeping with the building. Staff very friendly, beer spot on food good. We didn't want breakfast as we were going for lunch, just. Suited us. Lovely little village, church peaceful, sound of the bells chiming, like going back in time. Nothing we didn't like, beautiful hanging baskets, beer terrace, a very popular, dog friendly pub, thanks."
