The Lassen Home, 3 bedrooms near Lake Almanor

The home sits beside our motel at the junction of Highway 36 and Highway 89 in Chester, California, about half a mile to a mile from Lake Almanor and close to Lassen National Forest. It has three bedrooms and two baths with six beds: one king, one queen and two bunks, and it sleeps nine. The kitchen is full, with a dishwasher. There is a washer and a dryer, air conditioning and central heating, a deck along the front, a barbecue and a fenced back yard, and a ramp to the entrance. The lawn, treehouse and picnic tables are shared with our motel and RV guests. Dogs and cats are welcome, two per booking, with a pet fee of $20 per pet per night, capped at $60 per stay. Service animals stay free. Two night minimum, three nights over holiday weekends. Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM. We are open all year.
