Welcome to our inviting first-floor apartment, accessible through a shared communal hall, perfect for your stay in Chester Town Centre!

As you enter, you'll find a modern family bathroom on the left, complete with a bath and overhead rain shower. Whether you prefer a quick, hot shower or a leisurely soak, this space is designed for your relaxation.

To the right, a utility room cupboard houses a washing machine for your convenience.

The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas are perfect for socialising and unwinding. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes all amenities and features an integrated dishwasher to simplify your stay. You'll also find a coffee machine and integrated microwave for your culinary needs.

After whipping up a delicious meal, enjoy it at the dining table, which comfortably seats four.

Relax in the plush seating area on the corner sofa and watch your favourite shows or movies on the smart TV with app access.

Off the living area, there's a cosy nook with a trundle bed, ideal for accommodating 1 to 2 extra guests.

The light and spacious bedroom boasts a very comfortable double bed ensuring you have a restful night's sleep. There is also ample wardrobe space.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.

The property is a 25 minute walk to the town centre.

The apartment is located in an Art Deco building, formerly a cinema and then an Auction House. Below the apartment is a stunning wine merchants - perfect!

There is also a row of shops nearby with Co-op and takeaway's. Further down the road is a super craft Beer and Wine Bar (Blue Stones) and Patisserie (Enchanted) which serves amazing brunches. The Mount Inn (Pub) is a 7 minute walk away and is very popular with decking to the rear overlooking the River Dee!

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
