The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a sofa bed, a 40-inch SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
DINING AREAS:
The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Chester. There is a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave & washing machine.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one bathroom in the property which is equipped with a toilet, sink and bath with an overhead shower.
PARKING:
There is no free parking available however, alternatively paid parking can be found just a few minutes away from the property. Please note: We cannot accept any responsibility for guests who receive parking tickets for parking outside the house or on-street during their stay.

How about joining the Cheshire elite at Britain’s oldest racecourse, the Roodee, for an unforgettable day or evening at the Races? First opening in 1539, the Roodee racecourse is a fabulous location to watch Horse racing or Polo, mingle with some famous faces and sip on some of the finest champagne at the ‘jewel of Chester’s crown.’ Races run annually from spring to autumn.
Getting Around:
When getting from the property to Chester, as with any city, it’s always best to go in by foot as finding parking can always be a struggle.
Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.
Just park up, leave your car there and stroll into the beautiful city that is Chester. Chester also has a great taxi service if you're looking to go further afield.

*No Parties or Events Allowed
This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £95 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour
*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR
A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)

Amazing stay
We stayed at the property whilst visiting a family member in university. Her accommodation is iin very close proximity so was great for us. The property was fantastic in all aspects and a short walk into town. There was great communication with the host and we was even informed about maintenance work that was being carried out to check it was ok. We will 100% use this host/property again when visiting.

From start to finish - excellent!
Amazing location, very short walk into Chester centre (which is the most beautiful place and somewhere I will be returning to in summer).
The property had a lovely feel, newly decorated and modern, clean, tidy andequipped with all you would need for a stay (towels, loo rolls, washing up equipment, iron, washing machine, comfy beds, hairdryer, good shower, easy heating system... such a cosy warm cottage).
Customer service was excellent... easy to book, contactable information provided, details for parking and access to property, they even confirmed they had released our bond/deposit in such a speedy timeframe - the owners really are faultless.
Also, once booked they offer and additional discount on future booking, after the best 4 night stay over the New Year I will definitely take 53 Degrees up on this offer.
