LIVING AREAS: The house benefits from a large open-plan living space equipped with a 40-inch SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax. The house also has an additional sitting room.
DINING AREAS: The dining table seats up to 4 people comfortably and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Chester. There is an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer.
OUTSIDE/PATIO: Out the back of the property, a charming courtyard awaits with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning coffee or drink in the evening.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is one bathroom on the property which is equipped with a bath, shower cubicle, toilet and sink. There is also a toilet downstairs.
PARKING: There is no free parking available; however, paid parking is available just a few minutes away from the property. Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for any parking tickets received by guests for parking outside the house or on the street during their stay.

Getting Around: When getting from the property to Chester, as with any city, it’s always best to go in by foot as finding parking can always be a struggle. Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found on any nearby road. Just park up at the property, leave your car there and stroll into the beautiful city that is Chester.

*No Parties or Events Allowed This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights Additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee.
*Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour
*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either: A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)
