"Check in was simple and efficient, and our host was an timely communicator. The house is clean and spacious with ample in and outdoor space for lounging. Very dog-friendly front and back porch. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, plenty of linens. The creek is just behind the house and provides for a lot of fun exploring. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking to stay in the area!"

The owners have done an awesome job of equipping the house with all of the essentials. "The Escape was very private and roomy! Very well maintained and supplied. We loved sitting outside in one of the covered porches. My daughter discovered the Merlin app and was able to find 18 different birds one morning. Great experience. We would definitely book again. It's hard to find a place that fits our family of ten so well, but there was a space for everyone!"

"The house was just as described, perfect for our party of 11, and one fur baby. Nice cool AC, short walk to lake for swimming, and the boys loved the canoes and fishing!We had an issue with the internet and TV on the 2nd day and owner took care of it promptly with no further problems. "My family had a wonderful time at this cabin! We've stayed at several places within Riverbend, and this has the best sunset views! Easy access down to mirror lake (although the stairway down is steep) which allowed lots of Lake time with our kids during the day. The beds were comfortable and AC was great during the summer heat. Tons of wildlife around to see, and we even had a visit from a mama bear and two cubs on the porch! The only suggestion I'd have is for the housekeeper to pay more...

"Stayed for a long weekend. Property is as advertised. It was nice to have access to the private beach, swimming hole, and fishing spots. Power went out due to a storm on the first morning. The property manager and owner were responsive and helpful in working with the power company to get the problem fixed."
