The Sawyer Home away from home features a 5 bedroom Colonial Cape Cod with 2 full bathrooms, private fenced backyard with a half basketball court and lights that allow for playing after dark; screened in deck with ceiling fan and plenty of recess lights playing board games or dim the lights and just relax; a floating deck with gazebo along with a firepit for roasting hotdogs or making smores for the kiddos. A gas grill is also available for outdoor meals along with plenty of seating.

Plenty of driveway space and street parking.

This AirBnb is located 4 miles from the Norfolk Center, 6 miles the River Casino in Portsmouth, and, 27 miles from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.

We are accepting reservations and are following CDC's guidelines cleanings between guest checkouts.

This home is available for monthly for monthly rental - all utilities included in monthly rent.

Small gatherings (10-20 people) are welcomed as long as music is turned down after by 10pm.

Dog friendly! Must be pre-approved and pet fee apply. (Please clean up after your pet).

Fully stocked kitchen and linens are provided for our guests.

Full use of washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi; hair dryer and plenty of bath & beach towels
