"It was a great and wonderful stay. Honestly no bad reviews, we did have a couple of suggestions. The washing machine may need to be replaced or upgraded. It was super loud when it was in the spin cycle and almost had the entire condo shaking. The bathroom located on the second floor is a bit cramped. I would suggest getting the door to swing out. This would allow for bit more room in that bathroom and allow you to relocate the toilet paper dispenser."

We just had to walk across the street to get to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Mr. Garcia (property owner) was great - great communication, suggested restaurants when we asked and allowed us to borrow beach chairs and an umbrella at no additional cost. "Just perfect! Everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation. Plenty of space for two families, a fully functional kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials, a locker with beach supplies (a beach cart, chairs, a sun umbrella, beach towels). Beautiful clean linens, soft bath towels, gorgeous decor throughout the house, highly functional washer and dryer, laundry pods. "Super communicative host. Condo smelled amazingly clean. Not hiding any odors. Just clean! View was amazing. 12th floor is perfect. Everything was perfect. I love the added security codes coming into the building. Love the covered garage parking. Easily fit my truck."

"This was the nicest and most clean place we have stayed in. It felt like we were in a Pottery Barn show place… the best. You could tell that the owner really cares about the unit and takes excellent care of the place. It was as good as staying at a Ritz Carlton! Everything we needed was thought of in advance. The view was spectacular, and the sunrise/sunsets were mind blowing. This will be my “GO TO” place from now on."
