We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. "The house was well maintained and very comfortable. Being right on the lake provided a nice breeze on even the hottest days of our vacation. Our only suggestion would be fans or an a/c unit in the main living area. The bedrooms were very comfortable, thanks to individual units in each room but the main part of the house needed fans or air conditioning. We would highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation. "
