Located in beautiful gated Smoky Mountain Country Club, this brand new luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, with 1,550 square feet and a full length view deck accessed from the great room and both bedrooms, provides an unparalleled vacation accommodation perfect for one couple, two couples, a family or a golfing group.

CONDO FEATURES

This condo has 10’ ceilings in all rooms, and is accessed by a flight of stairs from street level.

For maximum occupancy flexibility, the master bedroom features both a king bed and twin bed. The guest bedroom features both a queen bed and twin bed. The master bath contains a double vanity set in a granite countertop, corner whirlpool tub and fully-tiled shower. The guest bath has a granite countertop vanity and fully-tiled shower.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, which include a gas range/oven, 25 cu ft side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully-equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat in. The spacious laundry room contains a washer and dryer. An instant tankless hot water heater serves this condo, so you’ll never run out of hot water during a shower or soak in the whirlpool tub.

The dining room and great room have hardwood floors. The bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room have ceramic tile floors.

The great room is accented by a wall of stone rising from the gas fireplace to the ceiling.

Large HD televisions are in the great room and both bedrooms. The condo is equipped with Wifi and central heat/air for your comfort and enjoyment.

The large (50’ long) view deck is fully covered. A grill is provided on the deck, along with a table and chairs for outdoor enjoyment.

SMOKY MOUNTAIN COUNTRY CLUB AMENITIES

Guests have full access to the community’s private recreational facilities, which include a swimming pool and outdoor whirlpool spa (both open seasonally, from approx. mid-April thru mid-October), two lighted newly resurfaced pickleball/tennis courts, newly remodeled men’s and women’s locker rooms with brand new dry saunas, and a newly remodeled fitness room! There is a fee to play the on-site 18-hole Smoky Mountain Country Club golf course (pro shop: 828-497-7622).
