With over 5,000 square feet of seamless indoor/outdoor living, this four-bedroom recently renovated and elegantly equipped lakefront lodge home with three large living spaces and a chef's gourmet kitchen is a dream location for peace, tranquility, and family fun.
Cathedral ceilings, dramatic stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, and an elegantly equipped gourmet kitchen opens to the main floor living room--with awe-inspiring views of Lake Fontana and the Smoky Mountains--create a sanctuary for the adults in your party, while a game loft featuring a pool table, poker table, and foosball table and a huge basement living area with a 70 inch smart TV create separate fun-filled spaces for the younger (or younger at heart) members of your party.
The gourmet kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a professional Viking six-burner range with a griddle and double convection ovens, a warming drawer, a professional oversized refrigerator and freezer, a center island, and every top of the line cooking appliance or accessory needed to prepare your family favorites or create new delectable masterpieces together.
The main floor living space features comfortably tasteful seating, cathedral ceilings, dramatic woodwork and stonework, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart TV. The main floor living area features a lakefront wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding French doors that open to the exquisite main floor deck, which features a built-in gas grill and a charmingly distinguished wood-burning stacked stone fireplace.
The loft area is sure to keep everyone in your party entertained with a pool table, a poker table, a foosball table, and plenty of seating for spectators! The loft area also features two oversized twin sleeper chairs with upgraded mattresses.
The master bedroom is a sophisticated sanctuary with luxurious and lofty bedding atop an antique king-sized bed. Elegant sliding French doors open onto the deck and to the outstanding outdoor wood-burning fireplace...a perfect place to cozy up with a book or enjoy watching the beautiful sunrise over the Smokies and Lake Fontana. A 55 inch smart TV also equips the room. The spa-like master bathroom features dual vanities, a dressing area, and a large double-headed shower with a bench.
Two additional elegantly appointed lodge and lake-inspired guest rooms feature queen-sized beds and en-suite baths.
A bunk room featuring custom-made bunk beds sleeps six with two queen beds and two twin beds. These bunk beds are suitable not only for children in your party, but also for adult guests--they are sturdily made with solid wood, have upgraded mattresses and box springs, and are tall enough to accommodate an adult sitting up in the beds.
The basement features a large living area with a 70-inch smart TV and a large multitude of board games with a variety sure to please everyone from the youngest to oldest in your party. The sofa in the basement is a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
The basement living area features a lakeside wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding French doors that open directly up to a large deck with an eight-person hot tub and a large outdoor dining table.
A laundry room and extra refrigerator for snacks and drinks are also located downstairs.
Take the meandering trail through the tall canopies of trees to the two-story private boat dock where you can bring your own boat or enjoy two complimentary kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards to explore beautiful Lake Fontana. We also provide basic fishing poles to fish off the dock. *Please note these are seasonal amenities as the lake levels fluctuate and are controlled by the TVA. The dock is inaccessible at this time and must be at a safe level for the amenities to be used. An outdoor fire pit area is in the works too for Summer. Please check with our customer service to check on availability and to ask about references for convenient pontoon boat rentals.
Bryson City (the gateway to the Smoky Mountain National Park), Deep Creek tubing, waterfall-viewing, hiking and biking trails including Tsali Recreation Center, some of the best trout stream fishing in the region, white water river rafting and kayaking on the Nantahala, and at the Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC), and zip-lining are all close to this home.
