Cozy Lil’ Cabin.

Very Clean, charming, open concept type cabin located in the Great Smokey mountains in the town of Sylva, NC. The Lil’ Cabin is fairly new to rentals with rafting/fly fishing/hiking/restaurants/breweries all nearby. Located 10 min from Dillsboro and downtown Sylva, 20 min from Western Carolina University, 25 min from Harrah’s casino in Cherokee, 20 min from Franklin and 1 hr from Asheville.. Note: we have a newly paved road and parking area - No more gravel!!!

Our stay at the cabin was absolutely wonderful! The host’s attention to detail was fabulous- everything was so well thought out and welcoming. We especially loved the delicious basket of goodies waiting for us when we arrived! The cabin itself was perfect: beautifully decorated, spotless, and cozy. Its convenient location made it easy to explore the area, yet it still felt peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Looking forward to staying again in the future!

A Fabulous Stay!!

Once again EVERYTHING was perfect! Vickie and Eric go above and beyond to make staying here such a warm and welcoming experience! I cannot say enough great things about this cabin. Our second time here and we WILL be back. Great hosts, great cabin, great location! What more could you ask for?

Wonderful location!

Vickie and Eric have put together a wonderful retreat! The thoughtfulness that went into this cabin is without peer! Having had a vacation rental ourselves, we look at everything with a critical eye. The cabin is spectacularly clean! Quality furnishings and bedding. Very well stocked kitchen. The decor fits perfectly with the home. The IR grill was used extensively. The only drawback to this cabin is that my wife and I are not there more often! Perfectly located with Dillsboro, Franklin, Bryson City, Sylva and Cherokee within easy driving distance. Plenty of fantastic places to eat as well. To top it off, we had the pleasure to meet Vickie and Eric, you will not meet a more gracious and kind couple. My final thought is that "if its not in that cabin, you dont need it". Make your reservation with confidence.

The Cozy Lil Cabin was the perfect place for our stay in NC to visit family nearby. The cabin is adorable, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Beautiful and Clean!

I must tell you about Cozy Lil’ cabin as it was spectacular— inside and out. We stay in the mountains about twice a year and their cabin is located in a perfect spot for all things Mountain. It has to be the cleanest, best decorated, and is stocked better than any VRBO we’ve stayed in. And it was decorated for Christmas including Christmas lights and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. Seriously, it seemed like everything was done above and beyond to make our stay as wonderful as it could possibly be (and it was). The kitchen is stocked just like home! The beds are adjustable and the mattresses are super comfortable ( in fact my girlfriend slept in the loft bed and says that will be the next mattress she purchases). Communication with Vickie was responsive and easy. Oh- and another thing- the water pressure was awesome! Thank you Vickie and Eric—we will definitely be returning!

We loved this cozy cabin! All the little details made us feel right at home. Vickie was very thorough with all the instructions and our welcome basket was such a nice touch. We will definitely recommend and maybe even stay again if we’re in the same area!

Super clean, great communication, excellent location that felt "away from it all" but was only minutes from restaurants etc., all the amenities, welcome basket of snacks and info about local attractions.
