Worst hotel and customer service I have ever seen. We booked two rooms ,The rooms were dirty, stains on the sheets, toilets not functioning👎👎👎

We had a horrible experience at this property. Arrived very late in the evening straight from the airport. Checked in, showered (the towels were very run down and the toilet leaked upon flushing) and found bugs in the bed and on the wall. Called the front desk to ask for a new room, were told that the hotel was sold out, and that house keeping was on its way. After waiting and waiting for house keeping, went downstairs and were offered a new room (so, we were previously lied to). That room also had bugs in the bed. We had no choice but to leave the hotel and search for new accommodations at 1.30 am. Of course, since we had to pay a walk in rate at the new hotel, the cost to us was significantly higher, but worth not sleeping in a bug-invested bed. Very disappointed as we had stayed at this hotel previously pre-COVID and had a positive experience. We asked for a refund and were denied. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

hotels.com misguided a 2 star hotel to 4 star
I dont know how its a 4 star hotel. we wrongly guided by hotels.com and robbed the money. No room wifi, electricity cut off at least 10 times a day, no hot water, dirty bathroom, no pleasant staffs, specially there is a elderly person incharge in the morning breakfast and his look is asking why afre you coming to eat. no smile at all,

Bathroom unclean, lobby unclean, tight room size, WIFI was not stable. Overall the hotel is in poor condition, with minimal maintenance and overpriced rooms.

Friendly staff but room subpar
Grand Residence should only be a 2 star hotel. I must say the customer service was good and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. On the other hand, the room was very basic and wasn’t the cleanest. The shower was lukewarm at best. Also there is really nothing for a tourist to do in this area.

Hotel Staff Very Friendly, They even opened workout room early for me. One of the treadmills was broken. Good Business Class room. Nice up stairs restaurant. everything seems just kind of dark. being dark leaves me with the impression things are dingy. breakfast was ok, they made omlets to order

this was the worst stay of my life. 1st time disappointed with Hotels.com recommendation. This hotels should have been rates 2 star not 4 star.

close to what i had to do in India, thats it.
Very disapointed, The gym which looked great in photo's was not operating at all, construction work being carried out at all hours and the sound of hammer drills echoed through the whole hotel. The windows are paper thin and the street noise was very loud and kept me up every night. Front desk staff profiting of me when i needed an taxi telling me the fare was a certain amount and then paying the drive less. would i stay there again NO, would i recommend to anyone NO.
