Impeccable service on my arrival. As a foreigner, not too savvy on how to get internet to pay my DiDi. Zane at Waldorf helped me use his personal hotspot to get me on internet to use Alipay. Albert from Waldorf helped me buy eSIM, helped me make all reservations, making everything at ease for me. Their concierge services are something above and beyond. As for the hotel itself, not too keen on. First of, once you stepped out of the elevator walking to your room, smell of cigarette smoke was all over my face. Terrible! The thermostat cannot be adjusted. The lowest I can go is 23 degrees, which was too stuffy for me. They could only bought me a fan to compromise. I stayed at 36th floor with panoramic view, the carpet in the room was very dirty and can tell by the dark spot in heavy traffic area. Maybe their other floors are of better quality but, they didn’t give me this impression. Was staying at this hotel for 4 nights and I have to thank you once again for their customer services.
