"We booked this expecting a luxury stay but it clearly was not. Access was unsafe, with thick ice blocking the entrance. The garage contained a MOUNTAIN of garbage, with a strong odor throughout the home. There was a toilet with feces in it. There were only paper towels in the bathrooms and we found wet towels in cupboards. There was rusted cookware, a dirty fridge and stained furniture. "There is an apartment attached to the back of the house, which has a separate entry for separate renters. House is more dated and represented a bit differently than the photos. A/C is a portable unit in each bedroom with a hose vented out the window. No dishwasher. Would not call it “charming”or “beautiful”. It was adequate."

"The property was as advertised. It was clean, beds were comfy and space was what we needed for the weekend. Initially, we were skeptical as the front walk, driveway and back walkway weren't plowed and we had to shovel to get in. Also, the property was advertised as a 3 bedroom space but 2 of the 3 rooms were locked when we first arrived.
