Grandview #712  - **Newly Remodeled** Enjoy a romantic escape in a King Suite!  Snuggle up in front of the fire, enjoy the view on your private balcony, or relax in the jetted tub built for two.  This room features a king bed, comfortable chair, wet bar and river view. Newly remodeled!!!

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station

The room is pretty much what the pictures show. Couple of things. 1. If you're a large person, the toilet position isn't going to work for you. No room between the shower and the vanity also, the TP holder is poorly placed. 2. It's a dated facility. Nice, Clean and functional but dated. Finally, things are very spread out, we couldn't locate the ice machine even with a map. Other than that, the TV comes with a google fire stick that is fully loaded, the bed is comfortable and the office staff were super nice.

The room did not feel clean unfortunately. I found tons of hairs from previous guests on the floor and walls and in the bath tub and bedding. The location is great but I didn’t love coming back to a space that didn’t feel clean.

Perfect studio for us. We loved the private balcony where we enjoyed watching the lake activities including 2 sets of ducks with their baby ducklings pass right under our deck.

Perfect couples getaway

We enjoyed a two night stay. Soaking in some much needed sun on the balcony and by the pool after a long winter. A short walk to town for coffee, meals and ice cream was exceedingly convenient! My favorite part of our stay was watching the fish in the water.

Room was much smaller than others I’ve stayed in, cramped bathroom space. The toilet paper rolls under sink were previously wet & couldn’t use. Not sure if maybe there was a leak previously under there? The motor in the Jets was going out in the tub so couldn’t use those and the outdoor hot tub was not very warm., Compared to every other Mother’s Day weekends I’ve ever stayed there in the past. The room just didn’t feel cozy like past rooms that I have experienced there. It just seemed different. This time paid a lot of money for not feeling like I got the best of what could have been. I have stayed at many other properties in Chelan and I’m not sure that I will come back to Grandview based on this experience

Small but fun

The size of the room was surprisingly small on first checking in, but overall worked well with the exception of the bathroom, where it took some flexibility to access the toilet paper roll. In addition, if the toilet paper roll was full, you had to move it to close the toilet. The bathtub in the main room was a bit odd. The lanai and closeness to the water and the view made up for the size of the room, but one of the chairs on the lanai was not very useable. Despite that, we spent a lot of our time on the lanai, which was great. The pool at the facility was very cloudy and we wondered about the cleanliness.

Comfortable and Cozy

We loved our stay at Grandview on the Lake. It's close to all the downtown action, the room was sparkling clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable, even for my 6'3" 280 lb hubby. I highly recommend this property.

Overall good stay!

Staff members were friendly and accommodating when needed. It’s a great escape for two people looking to have a peaceful getaway. Quiet resort with plenary to do around it as its walking distance to a lot of the restaurants and fun activities in Chelan. Would stay again!

Chelan Getaway

We had a wonderful time - cute, cozy property. It was perfect for us - within walking distance. Only thing I would change is maybe coming back when it's warmer and the lake is a bit higher. Also a heads up about the parking situation ahead of time would have been nice as we didn't discover the fastest way to walk from the main lot to our room until the last day (the employees at the front desk gave us the longest / strangest route). :)

Beautiful location, disappointing room.

The location of the condo was great, but we had a couple problems with our room. We were notified when we arrived that there was a construction project in the room above us, so our only choices were to stay in the room beneath the construction, or to stay in a worse room without a jacuzzi in another building. We opted to keep our original room, but it was still a bit disappointing. One of the jets in the Jacuzzi was broken, and obnoxiously squealed when we tried to use it. Somehow, someone had put a queen fitted sheet on or king bed, so the sheets kept falling off our bed. These might seem like minor things, but I honestly expected much better from this place.

Great Location

We stayed at this property for the first time. The check-in process was very quick and easy. The location was great for enjoying a nice view of the water and for taking nice walks into the downtown area. There were several issues that we would consider when booking next time. There were no working ice machines on the property. I found 3 different machines that were out of order. The other issue was that the bathroom was very small and there was almost no counter space in the bathroom. It was too tight for two people to comfortably fit in the bathroom at the same time. We still enjoyed the stay overall.

Walking distance to town, Clean room!

My husband and I had no kids during Spring Break, took off on a road trip and stayed two nights in Chelan. We loved the location of this room, great view, walking distance to the main strip, close to Safeway, close to the water park (if you've got kids), also right at the beginning of the paved walking trail that follows the river. Checking in was easy. The pool and hottub were covered so we didnt get to use it, but it looks amazing and shares a great view of the lake! Great yard space for BBQ as well. Our room had the jet tub, although only one of the jets worked, it was awesome to just soak.

Decent Stay

Jacuzzi tub was not working properly. We honestly thought it was going to catch fire after the electrical smell. Everything should be checked to make sure everything works before it’s rented. The microwave you have to move off the dresser to reach a plug in. The door to the other condo was unlocked. I went to the front desk and told them to lock it up and no one showed up. Everything else was fine. I hate to even leave a review like this but others should be aware.
