"It was a perfect arrival in Virginia. We needed a quiet place to rest and recover after a cross county move and this did not disappoint. This charming house had plenty of room to spread out, wonderful outdoor space and the host was warm and very helpful. Will definitely be booking again as a staycation now that we live in the area."

"Our stay at the four bedroom log cabin was wonderful. We were in town for my son’s graduation from VT and this house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was great and well stocked, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice! Loved the large outdoor deck with a huge wrap around couch. We enjoyed eating dinner outside on the deck! Two nice areas to congregate with ample seating, one upstairs and one downstairs. The proximity to VT was very convenient, about a 10 minute drive. Very...

"This property is beautiful and a perfect place to relax in the country. It is close enough to many amenities in Floyd and Christiansburg but far enough away that it is quiet. My beagle loved the large yard and the horses nearby. The owner is responsive and kind which makes it an even better experience. Highly recommend! "

"We enjoyed our stay in the cabin! The cabin was well equipped with all necessities. It was nice sitting in the rocking chairs and swing on the front porch and looking out into the woods from the back. Only problem was the mosquitos but there was a can of OFF under the bathroom sink! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and calm vacation that is in close proximity to state park with hiking trails. 20 minute drive to Walmart but it seemed faster."

"Easy access to shopping and grocery store. Comfortable surroundings. Beautiful nature and lots of birdsong. The chickens free ranging on the property is a plus. Love it! Highly recommend for small group of adults and maybe school age children. We were three adults. The bunk bed is a bit tricky on the top bunk for an adult. The queen bed is very comfortable."

"Property was exactly as described, online photos where accurate, kitchen(s) were ideal for prepping meals for our family and friends, and living room/common spaces were ample in size for everyone (16 house guests), plus 25 college students that came to eat, socialize during the day, and play the multiple outdoor game equipment we rented from our graduate’s school. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Had everything you needed and also little things like snacks, stocked coffee bar. Also enjoyed the fact that we could have our dogs, the big yard was great for them to run and play. Misty the cabin owner was also very nice and a joy to talk to. If we are ever in that area again we will definitely rent this cabin again. Oh, and the donkeys across the driveway were a joy also. "

"Loved the secluded location. Hosts are readily available if you are in need of anything. The pool was well kept and the cabins were well stocked. "

"This place is special. The cabin is tucked at the end of a long, forested, rhododendron lined drive that runs along a stream. After passing a photogenic old barn, you are greeted with the most charming log cabin, tucked just beyond the two ponds. There is no noise pollution - instead, you'll be enchanted by birdsong and a nightly chorus of frogs. It was exactly what we needed. "Tyler's weekend "wee" treat was an adorable little tiny house that was the perfect stay for a few nights. The tiny house looked exactly like the photos, and was on a very quiet dead-end road. It was a beautiful drive to get here! Since I was in the area for work, a basic kitchen and solid Wi-Fi were must-haves, and the tiny house did not disappoint. I was by myself, but you could comfortably fit two people. I'll be looking forward to staying here again the next time I'm in town! "
