This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome sleeps 8 with two queen suites, a sleeper sofa, and a Murphy bed in the office nook. Enjoy balconies, a patio, a stocked kitchen, nearby EV chargers, and easy access to I-24, downtown, local hospitals, VW, Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium.
Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Welcome to Riverwalk Retreat, a charming Chattanooga townhome in the growing Southside area of downtown. This home is designed for guests who want easy access to the city while still enjoying a comfortable place to unwind between work, sightseeing, hiking, dining, and riverfront adventures.
The main level features an open living room and kitchen, making it easy for guests to gather, cook, stream a movie, or relax after a day exploring Chattanooga. A half bathroom is conveniently located on this level, along with access to a patio where guests can enjoy views toward Lookout Mountain in the distance.
The second level includes the master bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, washer and dryer, and a private balcony. The third level includes the second queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and another balcony. An office-style nook with a Murphy bed provides an additional sleeping option. Please note that this nook does not have full privacy from the stairwell and leads into the second bedroom, but it does include a closet and balcony, making it a comfortable bonus sleeping space.

Guests have access to 2 unmarked parking spots in the parking lot reserved for this home. Street parking may also be available nearby. EV chargers are located on the street nearby for guest convenience.

This home is located in Chattanooga's Southside, one of the city's most energetic and convenient downtown areas. Southside is known for its mix of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, public art, walkable streets, and quick access to both the riverfront and the mountain side of town. From this location, guests can easily enjoy the best of Chattanooga without being tucked away from the action.
One of the biggest highlights is the home's proximity to the Tennessee Riverwalk. Guests can walk, jog, bike, or rent scooters nearby to explore the paved riverfront path, which connects parks, river views, downtown stops, and outdoor spaces throughout Chattanooga.
