Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Parking:
Parking is available in designated town home spaces. (These spaces are public and behind where the garage is.) Street parking in public areas near the unit is permitted as long as it's within marked/public zones. Park only in assigned or approved areas and, please, do not block neighboring units or drive lanes.
You may park directly behind the garage of the unit. The entrance to our unit is located at the front of the house, so after parking, please return to the front door. For this unit, there is no parking inside the garage (as it has been converted into a game room).

To help us keep the arcade room in great condition, please do not place drinks on the game tables. Remember: Please power down electronics when not in use and return all game pieces immediately after use so nothing gets lost for our next guests. Have a wonderful time!
