Our goal is that you feel at home and cared for, while staying in a prime location to explore all that Chattanooga has to offer. We love our city and know that you will too!

Located only 0.4 miles away from Coolidge Park, this is perfect launching point for all your Chattanooga adventures! Within an easy 10 minute walk, you will discover many downtown and Northshore restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, local artisan retail, salons, day spas, galleries, grocery stores, boutiques, museums, recreational activities, and entertainment attractions. The hardest thing will be deciding what to enjoy first! Want to explore a little farther? Jump on one of our 4 adult bicycles and see miles of downtown Chattanooga or the TN Riverwalk.

When you are ready to relax, come back home to enjoy the many amenities we provide. The back covered patio is a favorite spot, with comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, TV, gas grill, and wet bar with an ice maker. Our master bath offers a luxurious free-standing soaking tub and separate shower. There are 50”- 65” smart TVs in every bedroom and common area with endless entertainment options through Netflix and Hulu Live. We’ve got you covered in “The Gig City” with the country’s first gigabit per second internet speed.

The main living area is an open layout. Enjoy the newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen with high-end finishes, a comfortable seating area with a 65” TV, and a dining table seating six that was locally crafted from 100-year-old barn wood. There is a second living room towards the back of the house with two twin sleeper sofas and a TV. The wrap around front porch provides additional spots to relax and read a good book while sipping your morning coffee.

You and your guests can enjoy three bedrooms. We have a king bed and en suite bathroom in the master, and two queen bedrooms with a full bathroom between them. All bedrooms have large closets, ceiling fans, plush new rugs, and down comforters with clean duvet covers. We believe your sleep is important and chose high-end mattresses and luxurious sheets to provide maximum comfort. All towels and linens are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

In the kitchen you will find a beverage station with a Keurig coffee maker stocked with k-cups, sugar, cream, and various teas with honey. We provide cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, a spice rack, and a few basic condiments. A complimentary snack basket and a treat from our favorite local bakery is waiting for you to enjoy!

There is a pack ’n play and high chair seat available for our precious little guests. The detached garage with an extra full refrigerator is available to use, along with the 4 hybrid bicycles that are stored inside. We will provide an electronic waiver form to sign before using the bikes. The driveway provides ample flat parking, which is rare in this area of town. We have a laundry room and pantry closet available, just off the kitchen. The property is monitored by Vivint.SmartHome security. The back door is accessible with a keypad for self check-in, without having to climb any stairs.
