"This was my first stay at MGM Shenzhen. As a new hotel, its facilities are top-notch, and the beach wasn't too crowded. I had afternoon tea at the East Wing café — the beef sandwich, bagel, and smoked salmon croissant were all delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Special praise goes to Ms. Svea Sun at the front desk, who handled my check-in key process. "酒店的室外泳池和海景确实不错，是为数不多的亮点，但除此之外，整体体验与其五星级定位有明显差距。
首先，硬件设施较为一般，例如房间电视几乎无法正常观看，体验较差。服务方面问题更为突出，整体水准明显不达标，员工服务意识和专业性都不足，很难让人感受到五星级酒店应有的品质。
入住过程尤其令人不满意。我预订的是海景双床房，但最初却被安排到单床房；第一次投诉后被更换到 partial sea view 房型，依然与预订不符；直到再次投诉，才最终入住到正确的 房型。整个过程反复折腾，耗费时间也影响了入住心情。此外，大堂经理当时承诺赠送下午茶作为补偿，但最终并未兑现，这一点非常减分，也让人对酒店的服务承诺产生质疑。
餐饮方面同样不尽如人意。无论是早餐还是晚餐，价格都偏高，但菜品选择少、口味也较一般，性价比很低。餐厅服务更是比较混乱，服务人员专业度不足，甚至给人一种临时工在服务的感觉。
总体来看，这家酒店在景观上尚有优势，但无论是硬件、服务还是餐饮，都难以匹配五星级酒店的标准，整体体验令人失望。"
