Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. "We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with our dog and toddler, the place is really nice! Clearly recently renovated, rooms were well kept, great location on the cape. Would recommend!"

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

"We ended up arriving very late into the night and they were extremely accommodating in providing us all the information needed! It was a clean room with the classic Cape Cod charm!"

"The place is nice. The outdoor pool was closed, but the indoor pool was fine. Unfortunately, we were billed $91 extra when we checked out. Staff explained this is an amenities fee to cover parking, the shuttle ( which we didn’t use), and the pools. They should disclose this upfront. I’m not sure we would have chosen them if they had been transparent. We will not stay there again."

"I would suggest upgrading the WIFI. It wasn’t user friendly. Other than that it was clean, very well maintained, and the gentleman that owned it was very accommodating."

"Beautiful location. Main building with restaurant and bar has great character. Note, it was just remodeled and restaurant opens next week. Our one king size bed cottage was spacious and had a sitting deck with an ocean view. Price was reasonable for the experience. Highly recommend!"

Its a convenient location as well. The pool was not ready when we were there so I can't comment on that but it was big and looked nice. My one thing was they charge a pet fee like everywhere but its per dog which with 2 is $70 a night. I hope they change that because it would be my only...
