"Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower. Makeup wipes by the sink. Coffee maker on the desk. Water in the fridge and a microwave. Something they could add is a bag rack or...

"This was a great find! The room was clean, comfortable, and cool and the pool was so relaxing. Loved it!"

"Great location, close to beaches, restaurants. Continental breakfast, very convenient. Pool area looked welcoming, we did not have a chance to utilize the pool, but family friendly!"

"The staff was friendly though minimal. Rooms were clean though they could use a touch up in paint or some equipment repaired. Surprising given that the hotel has been remodeled less than a year ago. Breakfast was at the Hampton Inn and not actually provided by the hotel. It was lukewarm for the most part."

"We had a wonderful stay! Pam, the owner, was wonderful and very welcoming. The rooms were so clean beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Looking forward to staying again this coming summer."

"Check-in was extremely slow and then when we got to the room realized that the window was not able to be secured (there was loose duct tape on the window which was no longer even sticking). There was also noticeable mold in the bathroom. We requested to switch rooms since we could not lock our belongings in the first floor room with a window that could be opened. The staff was apologetic and promptly gave us a new room which was better. That said, it was clear that someone tried to duct tape...

"Great stay in a nice location. We just stayed a night on the way up the Cape. It was just what we needed. Simple, clean, and good location."

"I only stayed one night, but it was a great stay. This is a really cute boutique hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have a pool, which I did use while I was there. There’s a nice area out back for guests to use. I recommend this hotel."

"The property its self is not well kept. The office staff was friendly and explained everything well. The inside was definitely more updated than the outside. The floor was dirty and the comforter on the bed looked dirty, it has stains on it. The pillows cases were either pure white or yellow. I was only there for one night and did not use the pool. I did wake up to cockroaches in the bathroom. Location was good, not far from good things to eat and Nauset Beach. "
