Climb to second floor was difficult... I should have asked for ground floor when reserved. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful! Loved the bar and breakfast... excellent!!! Bed needed a new mattress... we kept rolling to the middle. They should warn people that chairs get wet overnight on the patio,,, sat in a very wet chair which really spoiled the nice deck. Location was perfect...parking was easy... Overall we had a great time!

In a quiet neighborhood where we got an in room jacuzzi. There breakfasts were perfect along with the staff. The cuisine choices for area were endless with crowds at there lowest for this time of year.

This property is unique for its age. It needs some updates, but generally it is in good shape. We thought the musty smell throughout was not pleasant, But other positives outweighed the negatives. The personnel, and in particular the inn keeper/ owner were all very pleasant and helpful. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable Inn - wonderful owners greeted you and would provide you a feeling of being home in your own house. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Early May stay in Chatham
Wonderful stay in the Queen Anne. Dana was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of helpful recommendations for our time on Cape Cod. The bedroom and ensuite were lovely. Excellent breakfast.

The Queen Anne Inn was absolutely wonderful! A . Large room, very nicely restored. The hosts and staff were all amazing and the included breakfast was totally delicious! Right in town. Plentiful parking. If or when we get back to Chatham this is a hard yes!

I had an incredible vacation at the Inn. I booked on short notice and got a room with a much more reasonable price than other Chatham inns. Location is perfect - walking distance to Oyster Pond and to downtown shopping and restaurants. The Inn and neighborhood are quiet. The owner, Dana, was gracious and helpful - she accommodated a schedule change w/o goosing the price. The room was newly painted, extremely comfy bed, updated bathroom, but still with historic inn charm. The small pool was beautiful. The halls etc. could use a freshen, but that didn't affect my visit. Breakfast was delicious-vegetable hash, poached eggs, good coffee.

The staff at this property were wonderful and could not do enough for you. It was beautiful and quiet on the grounds with a lovely pool. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. They also served dinner Thursday through Sunday at an additional price. It is a very old building therefore sound can be an issue inside rooms. Some rooms have a porch with relaxing chairs on them overlooking the garden. I would recommend this inn.

A very nice old inn a very short distance to Main Street in Chatham. The garden area and pool were a great place to relax. A terrific staff with a wonderful breakfast cafe.

Nice and comfortable, plenty of hot water, and an easy 5 or 6 minute walk into Chatham. The breakfast was delicious, the late afternoon hors d'oeuvres were a nice treat. The owner, Dana, was knowledgeable and friendly. After a day or two we felt right at home.

While the inn itself was very well tended and attractive and the staff were pleasant, the overall feel of the inn was that it was not worth 300 dollars a day to us. There was nothing special about the room. No refrigerator; no hooks anywhere to hang clothing or towels while bathing, the bathroom was very small- not even enough room to install a toilet paper dispenser. For a tall man like myself I had to squeeze into a small spot to use the facilities. The water ran hot and cold. The pillows were ridiculously long and hard giving both of us great difficulty trying to get a comfortable night's sleep.

Honestly, disappointed
I paid for a deluxe room and while it had all of the aspects needed to technically qualify as "deluxe" I didn't received good value for my money. The room was small and smelled musty. The bath tub was in the same room as the bed. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever been in, in my life. There was only about 12-16 inches from the toilet to the sink, needless to say we had to be creative with our body positioning when trying to use it and my girlfriend is only 5' 2. Also, they did not replace the toilet paper roll even though it was low. We went to the front desk to get more but nobody was around it was only 9:30 pm. We ended up searching the surrounding towns for an open store to buy some ourselves.

First timers in Chatham and we absolutely adored the Queen Anne! The rooms were gorgeous and clean and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was incredible and so convenient. We will be back!

In a nice area of Chatham. Walk in to a strong mildew odor inside. Mattress on bed was an old spring Mattress. Very uncomfortable. Hair dryer didn’t work. Hot and cold water reversed in shower. Just being Honest.

Good afternoon. Thank you for letting us know of your concerns. During this Post Pandemic time, you are correct all hospitality service providers are short staffed for a multitude of reasons. We at the Queen Anne Inn are no exception. I, Dana Weinkopf, Innkeeper, am on the property 24 hours a day since mid April to address the guest needs and desires. I personally serve our noted Full American Breakfast each day, and am happy to provide any other service desired during the day and evening. The building we stayed in reflects the charm and simply beauty of Chatham; it is also centrally located and a two-minute walk from a very good grocery store and pharmacy. The staff, mainly its manager, is polite and efficient. The only downside was the Wi-Fi service which essentially would not work unless one stood inside the small lobby or dining areas. Some features noted in the online property description -- hot tub and afternoon hors d'oeuvres and wine -- were not available due to covid.

Thank you for your kind and informative remarks. Unless directed differently by the town’s health department, we will commence with our complimentary afternoon services as pf July 01. Sorry about your bad WIFI experience, we had to endure connectivity problems for the past 3 weeks. It was not in our control. The provider has remedied the situation 2 days ago.

We had the most perfect getaway in Chatham & at the Queen Anne. We had a quiet tucked in room and they brought us breakfast every morning to our room. Breakfast was phenomenal every day. I would recommend for a cozy get away.

We had a lovely stay at the Queen Anne! Our family, including an 18 month old granddaughter, was in town for our son's rescheduled, downsized wedding. Loved the easy walk to Oyster Pond which was perfect for little one. Loved the pool and backyard! Breakfasts were delicious and staff was friendly and accomodating! Thank you!
