"Accueil chaleureux. Bonne continuation"

"Overall satisfactory. There could be a minibar. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room, even though it was a non-smoking room."

"My bigest complain is that we could not have a proper shower, because the shower wouldnt stay still; it kept slipping all the time. Either you were supõe-se to take it in your arms or you couldnt have a shower at all. And the staff didnt give me any solution for this problem. My room could not have been booked at all!"
