"This was a beautiful home. 4 adult friends each got own bedroom. Large open living area and screened patio very nice. Perfect for our stay to see manatees. Pool was lots of fun! Our stay in September was off season for manatees but did see 4 on boat tour. Our last day a dolphin and a came to backyard inlet to say bye. "

"We loved the Mermaid house! This is the perfect location! My kids loved fishing and swimming out back. Brought our dog too. The house is extremely clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely rent again!"

" Very clean - my friends kept saying this as we stay in rentals 2-3 times a year and this house was very clean. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Enjoyed having kayaks available to use on the river and didn’t have to bring ours. The outdoor area was perfect with nice umbrellas and three loungers. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep - I suggest leaving suitcases downstairs. Thank you for allowing us to stay - had an excellent weekend. "

The house is stocked with games and the kitchen has a variety of accessories in addition to the usual. We would definitely come back here!"

"PERFECT for our family gathering to celebrate a special birthday. I have never been to a VRBO with so many extras (games, pool toys, videos, pool table, poker table, KAYAKS, kitchen supplies galore even a waffle maker! Oh and chilled mugs in the freezer!!!!...) and so much to do. Not once was the TV on!!! But the best part was the view and all the dolphins that we saw! Rented the pontoon boat and went to the flats for a great day of fun. Ashley and David only a phone call away and ALWAYS...

"It was great for us. We were outside most of the time and the screened deck was so nice to sit and enjoy. Great location for exploring the coastal areas. Went to weeki wachee and saw the mermaid show. I did kayak down and out to Rogers Park. It was very relaxing. All we brought was food and the kitchen had what we needed. Thanks for the stay!"

"We did not bring a pet but we love that there were amenities and would bring pets next time! The pool area is awesome and we spent most of our time there. All of the decorations and tv were a very special touch. We loved everything about the house! The game room for the kids, the bikes..and that ice machine is fantastic "
