"I am always a litte skeptical to rent a place that doesn't have several reviews to read. I have to say this place exceeded our expectations in every way. You can tell it is newly remodeled. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor space overlooking the wide canal. Our family of seven plus their friends that came by to hang out in the pool and kayak had lots of room. We had everything we needed with all the little extras that were provided. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for sharing...

"My family (3 teens & myself) stayed 4 nights here. We spent 3 days on the river, then went to Honeymoon Island on the 4th day. The house is well-equipped with river gear, bedding, and new appliances. We easily made breakfast and snacks with the utensils and kitchen items on hand. The only thing I needed to buy were Kleenex and laundry soap, but that's to be expected. The host had everything from throw blankets to sun hats and oscillating fans ready to use. The temperature of the house was cool...

"The property is in a great location, 5-10 min from everywhere we needed to go. There’s an awesome breakfast restaurant right on the corner (walk distance). The property has a nice backyard with Kayaks, firepit, grill and an awesome view! It was super clean including towels and sheets and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. A very large Parking space was a plus!"

"There was plenty of room for our large family group. The kids and young adults enjoyed the downstairs with 2 beds and game room while us older adults enjoyed the 3 bedrooms upstairs. We swam in the pool everyday and drove to the beach and kayaking where we saw multiple manatees. The owners were very helpful with questions and always quick to respond. "

"Beautiful view, the water is crystal clear! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need. We had so much fun with all of the kayaks and water accessories provided. We had a wonderful time! "

"Great location of a cute canal front cottage. Perfect for couple with small boat. "

"The home was very comfortable; everything in good working order, including AC, hot water, etc. The kitchen included everything we needed. The only issue was that the grass had not been mowed. We had a great time in the area."

"The house was everything we thought it would be, and more! We brought our boat, and it was so great to have it right there. And after a day on the water, it was so awesome to jump right into the pool. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a few more kitchen supplies but we made do with what we had. "
