"My room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotlessly clean - more so than in most hotels I have stayed in. The staff were all very good. The dining area is pleasant. Breakfast choices are adequate and the cost was very reasonable."

"Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. We’re already booked in for next year!"

"Both the bedroom and ensuite were very clean. People were helpful and friendly. Within walking distance of shops, supermarket and several restaurants. The place was built several hundred years ago so has plenty of beautiful features in the pub."
