House in the village of Dicy

House, located in the heart of a charming village 3 minutes from the Fabuloserie museum, with a courtyard at the front of it and a terrace and a garden at the back.
It is composed on the ground floor:

* a living room / lounge with table, chairs, armchairs, television and fireplace
* a closed kitchen, equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery.
* a bathroom with bath, washbasin, and toilet
* a summer kitchen with a sink, a table, chairs and a sofa with direct access to the terrace and the garden.
* a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue
The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms each with a double bed 140/190 with closet or cabinet and bedside tables. And on the landing, a shower room with sink on furniture, shower and toilet.
On the top floor, large room under the slope with 4 single beds 90/190 with a wardrobe in fabrics.
Possibility to lend, a cot and a high chair
on request supply of sheets and towels with supplement of 8 € per bed.
Supplement winter heating based on electrical survey.
